Our Staff

Fixed Bid Consulting hires experts in their fields. We want to give you the opportunity to get to know them. Below is a list of our full time staff.

	Chris Cline-Smith – IT Infrastructure Engineer. Chris has been working in the IT industry since 1993, and specializes in listening to client needs to provide Design and Implementation of mixed platform networks with an emphasis on fully redundant backbone infrastructure and security. Chris spends his free time keeping up with all the new technology trends and trying out the latest tech toys. When not spending time with technology he enjoys using his God given talents in playing piano, and gourmet cooking. If you need someone to talk to Chris is your person, give him a call.
	Chris Baker – Systems & Software Engineer. Chris has been in the professional IT industry since 1999 and has been programming since 1990 when he was 8 years old and is proficient in many major programming languages. Along with experience in Programming Chris has many years of experience in network engineering and support having worked at Liberty University, Crossroads Bible College, and USIC/SM&P supporting several thousand users in many locations. Chris' current IT interests include Virtualization with VMWare, Asterisk Voip solutions, and Microsoft Solutions. Along with his standard responsibilities Chris has also taken on ensuring that we stay dedicated to God in all that we do, and is always open to discuss his faith and salvation through Jesus Christ.
	Kim Staley – Financial Administrator. Kimberly Staley, a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, graduated from Lawrence North High School and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Indiana University. She has been working in accounting since 1985 and joined Fixed Bid Consulting in August, 2010, as the company’s Financial Administrator. Kim resides in Indianapolis with her husband, Clair, and two children, Michael and Mary. Clair and Kim are active members of Sts. Constantine and Elena Orthodox Church and are also strong advocates for Classical Christian education.
	Andy Rudd – Desktop Support Technician. Andy has been working in the IT industry since 2003, but has been working with computers in some fashion since 1997. His primary passion has been in working with end-users either hands on, while working at Wishard Hospital, or via telephone, while working at Netfor, Inc. He also donates his spare time to assist churches with their IT needs. Recently he has taken up being a service desk manager, and enjoys being the first line of contact for our clients and ensuring that they receive the best and most prompt service possible.
	Luke Morehead – Founder. Luke founded Fixed Bid Consulting in 1999 when he noticed the market lacked IT solution providers with enough backbone to make commitments and meet them. As CEO of FBC, Luke’s passion is developing the kind of relationships which result in success-minded organizations growing their profits through technical solutions which boost revenue and maximize efficiencies. Prior to founding FBC, Luke's engineering adventures included load-testing the rca.com web site while a Senior Web Developer at Thomson Multimedia, and troubleshooting torque-control challenges during prototype development of the V-22 Osprey military aircraft at Rolls-Royce. Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, the country’s top-ranked undergraduate engineering school. Luke resides in Noblesville, Indiana with his wife and three daughters. He is a Deacon at Hazel Dell Christian Church.
